By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my avatars or assets, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service.

General Terms

• By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my avatars or assets, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.
• All digital sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.
• My original characters (OCs), stories, lore, concepts, and any original creative works are my intellectual property. They may not be copied, recreated, heavily referenced, remade, or otherwise used to create derivative works without my explicit written permission.
• Levitella reserves the right to revoke your license to use any of my products at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms.
• Any user found violating these Terms of Service may be permanently banned from my Discord server, blacklisted from future purchases, and have their license revoked without notice.
• No refunds will be issued to users who violate these Terms of Service.
• My designs are intended for mature audiences (18+), and not all of my projects have a SFW version. If you are under 18, or are only comfortable with SFW content, please interact only with my SFW media.

Avatar Terms

• Leaking, sharing, redistributing, trading, reselling, or otherwise distributing my avatars, with or without modifications, is strictly prohibited.
• Uploading my avatars as Public on VRChat is strictly prohibited.
• If you plan to use one of my avatars for content creation or streaming on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Kick, or any other social media platform, please contact me first. If approved, you must visibly credit Levitella as the creator and include a hyperlink to my store.
• Asset mining is strictly prohibited. If you wish to use an individual asset included in one of my avatars, you must purchase it directly from the original creator.
• Avatars are sold as-is and are guaranteed to function only with the supported VRChat/Unity version available at the time of creation. I am not responsible for issues caused by future VRChat, Unity, SDK, or third-party updates, and I am under no obligation to provide compatibility updates or fixes.
• If you are found leaking, redistributing, or knowingly using a leaked version of any of my work, you will be permanently banned from my Discord server, blacklisted from future purchases, and your license to use my products will be revoked without refund.

Asset Terms

• Leaking, sharing, redistributing, trading, reselling, or otherwise distributing my assets, with or without modifications, is strictly prohibited.
• If you use my assets commercially, you must credit Levitella with a visible hyperlink to my store.
• My assets may be used on Free and Nitro avatars unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.
• You may not claim my work as your own or remove any required credits where applicable.

AI Usage

• You may not upload, train, fine-tune, analyze, scrape, or otherwise use any of my avatars, assets, original characters, stories, lore, or other creative works in any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, or generative AI system without my explicit written permission.
